This policy explains what information we collect through our website (commercecortex.net) and our apps, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. When you submit a form on our website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and message. Form submissions are stored using Google Forms (part of Google Workspace), so they are held on Google’s servers.

Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our analytics providers. App data is kept while the app is installed and is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless we must keep it to meet legal requirements.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to those who need it.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us (see below). Merchants remain responsible for their own customers’ data under their store’s privacy policy.
